About the Junior Ducks
The goal of the Anaheim Amateur Hockey Association is to provide youth hockey players with the highest level of personal development, both on and off the ice. We encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and above all having fun.
The Anaheim Junior Ducks are a part of the Southern California Amateur Hockey Association and compete within SCAHA, and in tournaments throughout North America and Europe.

JUNIOR DUCKS TO FIELD MIDGET 16U AAA TEAM

The Anaheim Amateur Hockey Association is proud to announce the forming of a Midget 16U AAA team for the 2008-2009 season. The team will be coached by Barry Sherer. This will be Barry’s 8th year with the club. Tryouts will be held at Anaheim ICE, the official training facility of the Anaheim Ducks, Friday, June 6 at 7:10pm and Saturday, June 7 at 10:30am.

Pre-tryout clinics will be held at Anaheim ICE on Tuesday, June 3 at 8:00pm and Thursday, June 5 at 8:00pm. The cost of each clinic is $20.00.

The advisory staff for the Midget 16U AAA team will include Newell Brown,
Assistant Coach of the Anaheim Ducks and Sean Skahan, the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Ducks.

The Midget 16U AAA team will compete in three major tournaments throughout the season. Practices will be held at Anaheim ICE and will utilize the Ducks training facility.

Jr Ducks Bantam Tier Clinics

The Jr Ducks Bantam AA will be holding Friday night clinics starting May 2nd trough try-outs (June 6th). The the time will be from 8:35 PM to 9:50 PM and the cost is $20. Goalies are $10. This is drop in and open to any Bantam age player at the A level or higher.

Pee Wee Tier Clinics
Thanks to everyone that has shown interest our clinics. We've had an overwhelming response and are hoping to get a few more dates to add additional clinics. If you are interested we still have some openings in some of our May clinics. Send an e-mail to Coach Jeff, he will add your player on the list. We are keeping the clinics to 30 players each. Everyone will receive an official invitation one week before each clinic.
